Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase from Uniquely Living (UL). You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving. Please measure your item or space before ordering. A 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping on items that do not fit or remorse returns. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. UL reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges of items or items that are not in as-new condition due to damage, installation or misuse by the client. All items must be shipped back securely within their original, protective outer packaging/parcel, and internal protective material, or items must be repackaged with adequate, protective material and an outer box/parcel without exception. Damaged and un-packaged returns will not be accepted. If the item is damaged/defective, email at least 2 clear pictures supporting the damage/defect claim.  We cannot accept returns for color mismatch as actual product color may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers.

We do not accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES for items delivered outside the 48 Contiguous U.S. States.

Refunds (if applicable)
For the health and safety of our employees, UL will wait 14 days to open and inspect all opened returned items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 10-15 days for the charges to be back on your account.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Many manufacturers charge a “restocking fee” for returned items. If applicable, this fee will be deducted from your refund once the manufacturer receives the returned merchandise. The exception to our return policy is for Special Order or Made To Order items and specific manufacturers which do not allow returns including: Tvilum, Chelsea Home Furniture, Ashley, 4D Concepts, CorLiving, Picket House Furniture, Heritage Baby, Skyline, Barcalounger, Coaster, VIG, Homestyles, PB&J, Mercana, Crosley, ScreenGems, Bernards, James Martin, Sauder, Diamond Sofa, Lush Decor, Sagebrook Home, Half Moon, Donco, IMAX, American Heritage and Decorize/Guildmaster, Inc.. Special order items are non-refundable and include made to order items, Made to Order Art, and items where a specific size, color, finish, fabric or other customization was selected. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return your product, we must receive your product within 30 days from the date you received.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping items back you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will issue a refund within 10-15 working days of receipt of the item. For the funds to appear in your account it usually takes 5-7 working days depending on the payment option used during checkout.  

Orders may be cancelled only prior to processing or shipment. After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails.  Once an item has shipped we are unable to cancel the order. To request an order be cancelled contact  Cancellations are not executed until we confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. 

Custom and built-to-order Art items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

The item specific return policy applies to any cancellation request that cannot be executed.
